El Ocotal Beach Resort is a small hideaway where visitors relax and enjoy the marvels of the Pacific Ocean in year-round summer weather. The lobby and restaurant sit atop a knoll surrounded by water on three sides. Ocotal's beach is calm and sandy, about one-third of a mile in length, and ideal for swimming and beach activities. Although many visitors come to El Ocotal Beach Resort for its world-class sportfishing, scuba diving, and surfing, other pursuits such as tennis, horseback riding, and waterskiing are available.
