Briggs Ranch is ideally situated in the hill country, just 18 miles from downtown San Antonio. It is adjacent to the renowned Golf Club of Texas at Briggs Ranch, a par-72, Lee Trevino signature course. The resort will feature a two-acre water park with a large swimming pool, 700-foot lazy river, interactive tree house, water slides, waterfalls, outdoor hot water spas, and a swim-up poolside restaurant/bar. An administration building, owners lounge, adult and children's game rooms, pro shop, and an indoor-outdoor cafe will be on-site.
