Hi, I’m Michael

Born and raised in Southern California, I spent my early years playing whatever sport was in season and riding anything with wheels. Not much has changed. I traded in my bicycles for motorcycles. I have either coached and/or participated in any sport my kids play. There's no better teacher than experience. My philosophy is that the best coach is the one who has done it or at least tried to do it. My free time is spent with my family, explaining to my Cane Corso why one walk a day is okay, riding motorcycles making memories out on the open road, playing ice hockey, Girl Scout activities with my daughter, playing pickleball, and adding to my honey do list.

Prior to jumping into real estate, I spent many years working in the legal field in the patent law arena managing Intellectual Property filings both domestically and internationally for a company with several thousand employees. I’ve also held positions in both civil law firms and criminal law firms handling various aspects of trial preparation to crime scene investigation. I obtained my undergraduate degree from the only place with the one true bear, University of California, Berkeley. I then headed down the road and obtained for my Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University.
 
Professionally, I am a California real estate broker with over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur, giving clients that personal first-class customer service resulting in many millions of dollars of residential sales annually. My transition to timeshare resales was born both out of being a timeshare owner and my passion for real estate. The natural progression to timeshare resales is a result of finding what you love to do. When you love the work you do, it doesn’t feel like work at all!
